From my parents' home in Carinthia I first went to Vienna to study commercial and business IT. Driven by curiosity, I also completed work placements in Great Britain and Australia.
In keeping with the saying "I'm going back to my roots", I returned to Carinthia as a CRM consultant. My client implementation projects and acquisition work for two different IT solutions and consulting providers took me all over Europe.
I was subsequently responsible, with my team in the financial services sector, for the field of IT and organisation during a merger between two subsidiary banks in Bosnia and Herzegovina. I was furthermore responsible for developing the subsidiaries in Bosnia, Serbia and Montenegro. After working in the background I took centre stage and amongst other things was responsible for structured development of the Group's international and cross-segment sales network
Jausz & Jausz GmbH set up business in 2008. Since then I've been the diplomatic string-puller behind our company's network.
